Methodology
Medix works with the client to design clear unambiguous questionnaires to achieve reliable and valuable results.
A link is provided for the client to sent to their representatives within a covering note outlining the research and giving full assurance of anonymity.
Respondents take part in the questionnaire online at a time and place convenient to them, resulting in exceptionally high response rates direct to Medix for analysis.
All responses are secure and confidential.
Fully analysed results are typically available within 7 – 10 days.
The proprietary Medix software carries out continual data collection and real-time analysis.
Open ended results are typed, legible and complete. Coding of responses is undertaken immediately the study is concluded.
Reports with findings, conclusions and recommendations are available within 5 days of the the completion of fieldwork.
