Methodology
Medix-PCO is a unique research service providing unparalleled access to key decision makers.
Typical sample sizes range from 30-75 respondents with results available within 5-7 days of questionnaire agreement. If requested reports may include conclusions and recommendations.
Questionnaires are individually designed for each project in collaboration with the client and agreed once all the research requirements have been fulfilled.
As an ad hoc service, fieldwork is undertaken immediately on questionnaire agreement.
The questionnaire is presented to respondents online. Respondents proceed entirely at their own pace in a relaxed environment at a time and place convenient to them.
Open ended results are typed and complete, yielding robust qualitative assessments, with the reliability of a quantitative sample. Pre-coded questions are carefully viewed by respondents rather than read out by an interviewer, providing thoughtful and unbiased responses.
The acceptance rate is typically around 98%, avoiding sampling issues associated with a larger number of non-responders. Acceptance rates are published in each report.
