Questionnaire design

All questionnaires are designed with the aim of obtaining the most accurate results in the most efficient way. Designs for questionnaires are made for each individual project. No two projects have yet been found to be the same and understanding the project fully and reflecting this in the questionnaires is one of the key skills available at Medix.

Quantitative

Medix’ research team is skilled in designing questionnaires that are clear, unambiguous, concise and interesting – all conducive to ensuring reliable responses.

Our questionnaires are designed to achieve the highest quality results. In addition to quantitative responses, qualitative responses are stimulated, all of which are collected verbatim and analysed. This is particularly important in the context of attitudinal research. Visuals, graphics and other multi-media can be incorporated within the questionnaire.

Questionnaires can incorporate complex logic including routing and piping which enhance the efficiency responses and accuracy of results while maintaining the interest of participants.

Qualitative

Questionnaires for qualitative projects are developed from project briefs in detailed discussion with clients. As well as questionnaires for traditional face-to-face in depth interviews, focus groups and semi-structured interviews, questionnaires can be designed for use with online qualitative research methodologies where the extensive experience of the Medix team ensures high quality questionnaires and research results.
